First Visit

Your initial appointment consists of a consultation explaining your diagnosis, treatment options, and financial responsibility. A treatment plan will be presented and we will schedule your procedure in a timely manner.

Please provide us with the following information on the day of your consultation:

Referral Slip
Any Applicable X-Rays
Current Photo I.D. (for HIPAA)
List of Current Medications
Dental Insurance Card

IMPORTANT: All patients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during the consultation.

Please alert our office if you have a concerning medical condition, are on any medication, or require medication prior to your appointment.

Scheduling

We’ll schedule your appointment as soon as possible. Our endodontists try their best to stay on schedule and minimize your wait. Since Dr. Jenkins and Dr. Savage offer specialized treatment, there are varying circumstances that may lengthen the procedure time.

For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Care Credit with a 6-month no-interest plan. We deliver the finest care to our patients in Albuquerque and surrounding areas. Payment is due at the time service is rendered. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us at (505) 830-3636. Many times, a simple telephone call will clear any misunderstandings.

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
